 Petra Nemcova Is Engaged!Model Petra Nemcova is engaged to boyfriend Jamie Belman. She has been dating the British actor for the past 8 months.Jamie reportedly popped the question over the holidays.Congrats to the happy couple!Petra was previously engaged to Simon Atlee, who was tragically killed in the tsunami in Asia back in 2004.  Photos by WENN
