Stan Cox is not a cool guy...

As a life long DC area resident I can only wonder what happened to the Washington Post that they now allow some of the worlds stupidest people to write for them. Oh how the mighty have fallen.Case and point, one Mr. Stan Cox.And here while I'm worrying over squeezing every ounce of efficiency from the A/C units at both my home and our warehouse, Mr. Cox thinks the better choice would be to do
